How is that possible?

|
Hi there, Can you link me to an event so I can take a look over the sit, please? The above can happen if another plugin is using date_default_timezone_set() incorrectly which alters the time zone on the server which is not expected by WordPress (and therefore Event Espresso). Do you have any other plugins that deal with dates? If so try temporally disabling that plugin and retesting. |

http://80.120.1.163/kurse/boogie-woogie-rocknroll-grundkurs-teil-1-basisfiguren-und-kombinationen/ is the event from the screenshot. |
|
Strange is also, that on the db all dates have the same time, but on the website the time from date 6-9 is different? |
That link returns 404 for me. As does http://80.120.1.163/kurse/ and http://80.120.1.163/ shows a weather site.
They have different datetimes, which can effect times. DST for example. If you go to Dashboard -> Settings -> General. What is your ‘Timezone’ set to? |
|
|
I just check the url for extern access. |
I meant date, not datetimes. (Sorry, datetimes on the brain). The times change when Daylight Savings Time occurs. Did you check for any plugins that use dates as above? One troubleshooting step you can take is to install the Health Check plugin. Then go to WP → Dashboard → Heath Check → Troubleshooting. There you’ll Enable Troubleshooting Mode, then once that’s activated you’ll reactivate Event Espresso only via the Health Check’s Troubleshooting item in the WP admin bar. At that point, can you check to see if the issue persists? |

Ob I regognized the plugin Divi Display Logic as the reason for difference of +1 hour. |
Its Daylight Saving Time, the DATE of the datetime is also affecting the time.
I still can’t view the site you linked to so I can’t see your events. |
|
|
How does DST affects displayed time? Does that mean after the change to DST the time is displaye correct on the website? Or must I consider DST at saving the dates? |
|
ok the point with DST I solved. |

http://www.citydance-meissner.at link to 80.120.1.163 |
Re-enable the plugin, do no visit the event editor with that plugin enabled and view the event times, are they correct or incorrect again? Create a NEW test event (with the plugin active) and on publish, do the dates on the frontend/admin match up?
If you don’t have a price set on your tickets they will show up as 0 but I need to view your event to see what you mean….
Ok, now I can view the site. Which event should I be looking at to see this? For example I see many of the ticket on this event: http://www.citydance-meissner.at/kurse/paaretanzkurs-der-gesellschaftstaenze-grundkurs-teil-2/ Have no price, should they? If so can you take a screenshot of the datetime & ticket editor within the event editor so I can view those? |

As soon as I reactivate the plugin, all times are incorrect (+1 hour). |
That likely means that the plugin is using I don’t use Divi, nor that plugin, but if you’d like to send me a copy of the plugin I’ll confirm if that’s the problem. Note I will not fix the plugin, you’ll need to contact the plugin author to fix it. |
|
|
How can I send you the plugin? |
Host the zip file anywhere you prefer and post the link here. You can set your post to private so it won’t be publicly visible if preferred. |

Confirmed – https://monosnap.com/file/pV69NX2FwNZVBGPZSY715LGoffX8Fh That plugin sets the servers timezone to whatever you have set in the dashboard (that’s not expected and is incorrect) See: https://vip.wordpress.com/documentation/vip-go/use-current_time-not-date_default_timezone_set/ |
