Getting the following message in the Event Espresso plugin page:
“You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.” We just purchased a new Support License Key and the domain looks right our account which says “Active on: danielsongroup.org”.
Have you been changing domains since EE was installed?
So because the license system has received pings from multiple domains it has marked your account as such. I will reset your license key and you will receive instructions via email on how to re-assign the key to your current domain.
That should remove the notice and allow the automatic updates to work as expected.
Thanks very much, I will add the new key to our site. One other question – we use danielsongroup.net as our development server, is is possible to have a key for our development server up to date as well?

Hi Thomas, you are on the right track. Your support license key will enable support services for one site at a time.
If you are using a development site, then you can update just as you described by removing the existing version through WordPress plugins in your WP dashboard. Then download the newest version from your Event Espresso account and upload and activate it through your WP Plugins screen.
