Hi all, it seems we are having the same problem as this ticket:
Ticket Price – Displaying Incorrectly on Ticket In both our case and that ticket, it seems an extra “1” is being added to the end of the amount.
On our site, this only occurs for values over $100. Example #1 here and #2 here.

Not sure when this started, but were on EE .45 and updating did not resolve it.

Fortunately this just appears to be display issue. The receipt shows correct amount and customers are being charged correctly.

If you identified the issue in the ticket I referenced, would love to know what the problem was.

Hi Adam,

As far as I’m aware, that user didn’t send credentials so we couldn’t investigate.

If you’d like to send credentials over I’ll take a look at this, note we’ll need to install a plugin and possibly enable WP_Debug so we’ll need FTP access.

Hi Tony,

I sent you the login/ftp credentials but after that I fixed the problem.

We were using a custom template for the ticket. I cloned it, changed nothing, then added it to the event. Everything worked fine after that and the price was displaying correctly.

Any idea what would cause this little hiccup?

Hmm ok.

So I don’t think it was creating a new ticket template that fixed this but rather from updating the event when you set the new ticket template for that event.

The template itself doesn’t really do much in terms of the data, it’s a template on how you output the data but TICKET_PRICE in one template is the same as TICKET_PRICE in another template it just calls the function to parse the data.

I loaded your ‘old’ template for one of the registrations above that didn’t work correctly earlier and it now shows the correct price using that old template (I did this without making any changes on the site itself).

Looking at your event I can see an archived ‘3 DAY VIP’ ticket with the same price as the active ticket. The main reason a ticket would archive is when the price changes and the ticket has registrations assigned to it now either the active ticket had the price changed to something else and then change back to 139 before any registrations were made on it, or at some point the price mismatched (which may have been when the ticket showed the incorrect amount) and the ticket archived.

As the event is now fixed I can’t really troubleshoot this as I can’t see where the data is incorrect.
