Hi there, my client’s website https://www.birnamarts.com is having persistent yet intermittent problems with “Payment Incomplete” payment status when returned to the website’s Espresso Transaction Page https://www.birnamarts.com/transactions/ which has been set up as the PayPal IPN (enabled within the PayPal settings)- The Paypal is a business account and is verified. The Birnam Arts site has an SSL certificate. What’s the next step I should take to resolve this issue? My client has had to refund customers on more than one occasion who have been confused by this message.
The best way forward will be to upgrade to Event Espresso 4 and use the PayPal Express payment method that’s bundled with Event Espresso 4.
