Hello |
Hi Sue, The Payment methods pro add-on doesn’t actually use custom fields. Instead it adds a “Payment Methods” metabox where you can set options. It looks like this: If you do not see a box that resembles the above screenshot, you can click on the Screen Options tab (located on the upper right corner of the Edit Event page) and check the box next to “Payment Methods). You can find more information about how to use the Payment Methods Pro add-on in the documentation: |

Thanks Josh got it now! Just another question though – I have created one event and added the paypal account for payments for that event – how do I now create another event and use a different paypal account please? Same question for the other options too – e.g. cheque payable to someone else with different address, DD bank details…..i was under the impression that the payment methods add on pro allows me to do this? |
Hi Sue, I can advise following the instructions in the documentation: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/payment-methods-pro-add-on/#additional_pm_accounts |

thanks Josh – I did read that documentation before i posted my last question above….so my question still stands ie how do i create event 1 to take Direct Deposit payment into Bank Account Name 1 – and then create event 2 to toke Direct Deposit payment into a different Bank account name 2? |
Your question is actually answered in the documentation. You click on the button to Activate Another Payment Method, which appears towards the top of the selected (in this case Bank Transfer) payment methods settings screen. Once both payment methods are set up on the Event Espresso > Payment Methods Settings page, you’ll be able to select from the payment methods when you edit the events. |
