Hello – This issue is with the site danielsongroup.org: We are currently using: WordPress 3.9.6 |
Hi Thomas, First off, the EE3 Multi Event Registration is not compatible with EE4. Can you deactivate it, please? Also, You’re WordPress version is out of date by several versions. Can you run a backup, then update WP? Let us know whether that resolves the problem for you. |

Yes, I do understand that the WP version is out of date – we do plan on upgrading, but we need to plan this during a time when we have time to resolve issues should they occur. This has worked before – any idea why this may have come up? Event Espresso – Multi Event Registration 1.0.5p is EE3? If so, is there and Multi Event Registration that is compatible with EE4 -dave |
Hi Dave, Multi Event Registration for Event Espresso 4 is still a work in progress and hasn’t been officially released yet. It’s been awhile since we supported Event Espresso 4.3, (4.6 is the current version that we support). I do not think there was an issue with admin pages becoming available with that version. Are you running any plugins that can modify admin capabilities? I can advise checking for plugins like that first. |
|
|
We do not have plugins the allow admin modifications? Would you be ok o look at our site and see how the Registrations and Transactions in the admin? |
Hi Thomas, We can take a look, but please keep in mind that you’re asking for support for a version that we no longer support. You can send credentials securely via this form: |

Thanks – I just submitted credentials. |
Hi Dave, Can you double check the username you sent, then resend the form? We tried to log in and it says invalid username. |
|
|
I resent with a corrected pw. |
We didn’t receive any new credentials. Instead of the form I linked to earlier, can you go to your account page and click on the link where it says to redeem a support token? Then please fill out that form and be sure to submit it. |
|
Hi Dave, did you click submit at the end of the form? I see your original request but not the new one that you mentioned. Could you resend it please so we can help you with this issue? https://eventespresso.com/redeem-a-support-token/ Thanks — |

Hello – Thank you for your help. Your info in your email did help us narrow in on the problem. I do believe I have narrowed in on what is causing the Transaction link to show a ‘page not found’. It appears there is a registration record that is damaged or corrupt that is causing the espresso_transactions page to show ‘page not found’. We were able to determine that when showing the espresso_transactionspage that includes a specific record, the page is breaks. We found by filtering and paging through results. The problem record is in the ‘Milwaukee, WI Conference’. We were able to narrow it down it specific record, but we cannot determine what it is about the recored that is causing the problem. Would you be able to help us determine what it is about this record that is breaking the espresso_transactions page? It would be great to know what tables attendee data that may be bad. The specific record is TXN 605 & ATTID 1575. We can see the data in phpmyadmin, but do not see anything wrong with it. Any help you can provide would be so greatly appreciated. |
Hi Dave, I’ll reply to your email about this issue shortly. — |
