Hello,
I would like to delete definitively registrations that have 2 or 3 tickets each but it seems impossible. Please find below a screenshot of the registrations I would like to delete:

I have this setting in EE4 concerning the registrations:

For information, I opened another support ticket concerning the impossibility to delete event definitively. I don’t know if these 2 problems are linked or not:

Hi there,
If there are registrations that are from the same transaction that are not in the trash, it will not let you permanently delete the other registrations. Instead it will show this message:
An error has occurred:
Unable to permanently delete this registration. Before this registration can be permanently deleted, all registrations made in the same transaction must be trashed as well. These registrations will be permanently deleted in the same action.
You’ll be able to delete the registrations after all of the registrations from the same transaction have been trashed.
