Is there a way add multiple events quickly. We need to add about 20 events monthly. The only changes are the dates. My client would like to keep a spreadsheet of locations and dates then import them all at once.

Hi there,
Currently, we don’t have a way to import events into Event Espresso.
So these are basically just recurring events, do they follow a set schedule or are they on different days through each month?
(I’m wondering if the recurring events manager may be a better fit for you here)

We’ve tried Recurring Events. The Table View is not showing all the events. For example, if we create a weekly recurring event (course) the Table is only showing the first event.

Oh, the Events Table view template.
Hmm, yeah it’s an events based template, there is an option to set it to display all of the datetimes for an event by adding show_all_datetimes=true to the shortcode.
However, I assume you would prefer if each instance of an events DateTime showed up as a separate instance there, correct? (If so, its not something we have available currently but I’ll open a discussion about it within the team)

Yes. We need a separate instance to show up.
Right now we have to re-enter the same info for each event, when the only change is the date.
