I saw this article on your site to help us import events but for some reason the option to import events is not available in our version. Do we need to upgrade?

Hi Kim,
That article is for EE3, if you notice the breadcrumbs at the top of the article you’ll see it is within the EE3 Docs – http://take.ms/C7IBC
It looks like you are using EE4 which currently does not have an import events function.
