I am trying to use the bulk import tool to upload attendees into EE V3.1.37.8 from another system. Created a CSV file with the name events.csv according to the recommendations and I get an error when I attempt to import. The uploader says file uploaded successfully, but have a red box that states “File not found. Make sure you specified the correct path.”
I did some digging into this and it turns out the text shown on the attendee import tool is incorrect.
Re-name your attendee import file to be ‘attendees.csv’ and the uploader should then work fine. The attendee import should also use the /wp-content/uploads/espresso/ directory rather than just /wp-content/uploads/ so it is the correct location.
