Your message templates have been setup using Event Espresso Decaf. On the first activation of EE the message templates are generated and saved to the database so your file paths are incorrect now that you have changed to use EE regular.
To fix you can force EE to regenerate the message templates (assuming you have not customized the templates at all?)
Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Receipt
Edit the template and in the side bar on the right you will find a ‘Reset Templates’ button.
That will reset the template back to default and force EE to regenerate the messages now using the correct paths. Note that doing so will also remove any customization to the template you may have made.
