Hi there,
The featured image output is mostly controlled by the site’s theme, especially on the single post/event output.
Which theme are you using?

Wow that’s exactly why i included the theme name in the title. (ELEMENTOR) And I wanted an email copy of your response sent to my email address, but did not receive.

Elementor isn’t a theme, it’s a plugin, which is confusing. There is a theme called “Hello Elementor”, but that is different from the Elementor plugin which can be used with most themes.
Event Espresso events set the feature image in the same way as regular posts and the theme (or page builder) should display EE feature images in exactly the same way they do for posts, unless they are explicity checking for post type (which would be odd).
You can see on your event archive (HERE) that the feature image has been set, saved and can be displayed so it looks it’s not being called for on the single output.
I don’t use Elementor and haven’t in a while now but if you’d like to send a copy of the version you are using along with the theme in use on the site I can check what is being called on the single event output locally?
