Hi,
We’re using the iframe embed code in a location that up till recently was working fine for multiple years. However, it’s now only showing the header stuff and not the actual body of the calendar.
Can someone please help me figure out what could have changed?
No pending EE plugin updates and WordPress is fully up-to-date. Have verified the issue affects multiple users on both Macs and Windows devices in multiple locations and differing ISPs.

Hi there,
This looks like something we will need to push an update out to fix.
Do you have FTP access to the site and are you comfortable using it?
I’d like to take a quick look at what is happening by adding some debug code on the site if possible?

Hi Tony,
Don’t typically use FTP but do have full access to the file structure through GoDaddy’s CPanel dashboard for the site EE is installed on.
I do not have access to the backend of the site where we’re using the iFrame embed code though.

If I gave you two files are you comfortable with File Manager enough to replace the 2 original files on the site currently?
I think I’ve found the problem and have a ticket to fix in an update but I can give you the fix to try before then if needed?

Awesome, I’ve just pushed an update with that change live as you’ve confirmed the fix 🙂
If you don’t see version 4.10.42.p available just yet, go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.
Make no changes and just hit Save to force an update check.
