Hello everyone,
exporting design options works fine. At least I get a file.
Importing quits with the message: “Error saving file!”
I did not find what file I have to set writable, or do not have any other idea where or what to look for.
Thank you for looking into the matter.

Hi there,
That error is thrown if when iced mocha attempts to move the file you provided to /wp-content/uploads/ it fails.
It could be that your site does not have the correct permissions to create files within the uploads directory, can you enable WP_DEBUG and see if any errors are being thrown on the page when you try to import please.

no other errors after having deactivated a plugin i do not need right now. I have given the folder the rights, that everybody can write to it (777).
Still the same error: Error saving file!

It will help to see the error from the debug log. Have you tried logging the error?
