I think I have the SAME issue as this guy:

But I don’t see a final solution – I might have hidden this with CSS, or removed it. But alas, I need to add it back. Can someone tell me where I should either look for the css (what’s it called) or help me add the code back to my template?

Hi Shelly,
Within your child themes style.css file you have:
.tab-events .ee-event-img-dv,
.tab-events p,
input.ee-ical-sbmt {display:none;}
The input.ee-ical-sbmt is hiding the iCal button, remove that and it will display on the page again.
