When I was adding new datetimes, it blocked me from the event page which gives an http 500 error when I try to access it from the event overview. It has blocked 2 of my events.

Hi there,

‘Error 500’ is a general error that is shown to visitors rather than the ‘full’ error (meaning rather than a wall of text, visitors just got ‘oops something went wrong’), we’ll need the full error to be able to narrow this down a little as I can’t reproduce on my test sites.

Do you have access to your servers error logs? Usually you host will have a section for them on your control panel.

If not you can add this code to you wp-config.php file:
https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#wpdebug

Then revisit the event to trigger the error again.

The above tells your site to log the error to /wp-content/debug.log so we can then view the full error.
