I have to manually send tickets to the registrants as of the latest ES update!!

Tickets are not being sent to the registrants and I am having to manually get them and send them to the registrants since the latest update took place about a week or so ago. Please advise on how to automatically send out the tickets upon each registration. NEED HELP ASAP!!
