I bought an hour of support, the purchase was charged to my paypal account but has come back error message so I do not know how to use the support.
I need help with installation

When filling out the form (https://eventespresso.com/redeem-a-support-token/) then no em detects that I already bought the stand and I can’t send you the form.

In the end of form put : Please double-check your login credentials. If we are unable to login it will delay support and may require that you purchase additional support tokens (required before you can submit the form).
Please purchase a Support Token to use this page.

Hi Marina,

The submit button is not visible until the Confirmation dropdown has been changed.

Before – http://take.ms/IZmIX
After – http://take.ms/EsJgb

So once you have entered your details and confirmed them (changing the dropdown to yes) the Submit button should appear.

If you continue to encounter issues send your login details using this form https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

You’ll need to select a Support Team member at the top and also confirm your details at the bottom before the Submit button will appear. (please only use this form if the support token form still continues to cause issues)

As soon as we receive your details we will start working on your issue.
