How can I prevent registrations from going into event espresso when a user fails to pay. Although our fee is clearly stated – people must be shopping and then do not go further when presented with payment options. They go into the database and clog up my list of registrations with data I don’t want.

Kind of a bummer – means lots of manual maintenance. Oh well.
Can we turn it into a positive?
Is there someway I can send them an email encouraging them to come back and finish registering? Pay the fee and be formally registered for the event?
