I use EE4 with ticket scanning addon. When I purchase a ticket, I recieve 3 e-mails. The 1st and 2nd : I am not able to find them in the messages -> template list.
I have opened each template, one by one : impossible to find them.
Also, I have modified the template with the subject “Your [COMPANY] tickets” : changes : no change, still the default text…
Are these emails you’re getting from the Admin context or one of the Registrants contexts?
