I can't find some e-mail templates

Hello,

I use EE4 with ticket scanning addon. When I purchase a ticket, I recieve 3 e-mails. The 1st and 2nd : I am not able to find them in the messages -> template list.

I have opened each template, one by one : impossible to find them.

Also, I have modified the template with the subject “Your [COMPANY] tickets” : changes : no change, still the default text…

Sounds like your editing the wrong ‘content’.

So for example your editing the ‘Event Admin’ and then checking the ‘Registrant’ content message.

Are these emails you’re getting from the Admin context or one of the Registrants contexts?
