I thought it would be best to buy the newest version, but apparently EE4 doesn’t handle coupons or discounts and that’s very important for my event. So I would like to downgrade to EE3.
In another thread about this subject (no coupon add on) people here stated that you can download EE3, but I can’t find a download-link in my account.
Are there other ways to get EE3? And if I download it, will it copy some dat from EE4 I already added?

If you purchase an EE3 License you have access to both EE3 and EE4, as you have an EE4 license you only get access to EE4 which is why you can’t find the download in your account.

No.
EE3 and EE4 use separate tables so all of the data is separate. We have migrations scripts to bring your EE3 data over to EE4 but not EE4 to EE3.
