I am not getting notification e-mails of registrations and payments

Having trouble with notification e-mails for both Administrator and purchaser. I tried to send test e-mails but still not working. Need urgent help !!!

You can install an email log WordPress and check for errors when those test emails are attempted.

The solution may be as simple as changing the shortcodes in the email’s to and from fields so they do not use the FORMATTED versions of the email address.
