Hello, I’m on godaddy wordpress, since last week event espresso has been taking the site down with a http 500 error, when the plugin is disabled the site works fine. I’m not aware of any changes in other plugins, etc unless there was a go daddy update. Please help I need to get event registration up ASAP.

Hi there,
Error 500 usually means a fatal error is being thrown, do you have access to the server error logs? You can usually find them within your host’s control panel.
Take a look within that and see what error is being thrown, then post it here.

Deleting the plugin and updating from .48 to.49 seemed to resolve it.

Hmm, strange.
Without an error, I can’t say what happened but I’m glad it is now working for you, if it does come up again please do let us know and if you can check the error log for any errors that will help narrow it down.
