Hi!
Previously it worked fine with having html in the fields for Datetime description and ticket description. We used this to add information to the confirmation e-mail (each ticket had it’s own description and we could add <br> and <b> to make a nice look).
Now the html-tags are converted to character references. Is there a way to stop this converting?

Hi Jakob,
I’ve created a ticket for our developers to fix this.
We fixed the same issue within the ticket description in version 4.10.38 so this is likely from additional sanitation we’ve added into core.
