Do you have that PO file name correctly? It should be event_espresso-{locale}.PO (and the accompanying MO file) and placed within /wp-content/uploads/espresso/languages/
Try clearing your session by visiting the registration-cancelled page on your site and retesting. Do the translations show then?
Yes, I’m using last version of the po file from glotpress and the file name is correct. As I said, I’ve translated both “QTY” and “Qty”, but there is no such a term as “Qty*” in the po file. I’ve retest, but translation does come up.
