I would like to send out an email (Registration Approved Custom Template) to all primary registrant only after the payment.
I go to
Message ->
Custom Message Template ->
Edit Registrant ->
select Primary Registrant on the option box ->
hit Switch Recipient ->
Click active ->
Click save
But I have not received any emails since the registrant (recipient) is disabled.

Rather than clicking ‘Edit Registration’ and then switching to the Primary Registrant context, click ‘Edit Primary Registrant’ to edit that specific context.
Now when editing that context, check there is a value in the ‘To’ field.
