I noticed that if I click on one of my courses and hit the register now button but then just don’t fill out the form or don’t continue on, its counted as an incomplete reseveration. All my courses have a max 5 of students. After I create this incomplete reservation event expresso says the event has 4 spots left. I can continue to do this registration but not fill anything out and its reducing the number of spots available. How to I make it so the only thing that reduces the number of spots left is a paid reservation?

Hi there,
Where are looking at the available spots?
Only ‘Approved’ registrations should apply to your sold values within the event, registrations of any other status should not.
Can you add a screenshot of what you can see?

Hey Ted,
I followed up about this same issue in an email. The tickets get reserved for a period of time when you start a registration. If the registration doesn’t get completed before that time is up, the ticket will be released back to the inventory. This prevents overselling.
