Dear all,
currently there is a little short link next to the event title that expands a detailed explanation for each event after clicking on it. Is it possible to open this content behind standardly without forcing people to click on it to see more information? Please see the screenshot that shows what kind of link it is.
Dear Lorenzo,
thanks so much for your reply! I really appreciate it. I will test it now, in between: It’s a bit of a pain for people to have to add states, etc. Can we just have two lines (“Address line 1” and “Address line 2”) and then a country drop-down? That way, people can type their states or provinces, but they won’t have to formally add them if they aren’t there. Is that feasible? Can we also move the “How did you hear about the conference?” section so that it comes after the address section?
If their state/province is not available, then they can add it.
A text field won’t work as expected as it won’t be considered a system question so it would not appear in the contact record which shows the name and address of the registrant in the top right area of the registration details page.
We do have state/province packs available for several countries:
You can create a new question and then assign it to the address question group. These changes would be made through Event Espresso –> Registration Form –> Questions –> Add New.
Then save and go to Questions Groups and select the Address Question group. Then place a checkmark next to your question and save changes.
