We have the system working correctly now with Mobile App and the registrations are all showing up. When I scan a ticket, it shows that I have scanned in and I can see this on the iPad. When I login to my Word Press account on my computer, how can I filter the attendees by the ones who have checked in? Does Word Press and the Event Espresso app communicate to each other once the attendees have their ticket scanned? We want to use this scan to help track attendees who show up and then send an email after the event to those who showed up. Thanks for your help!
The ticketing app automatically updates your attendee list in the WordPress dashboard. Once you have scanned an attendee’s QR code, the person will be marked as having attended. Then you can sort the list of registrants for the event by the Attended column.
