Hello, the site I am making has a single event. How do I set this event to show as the default homepage for the website instead of the page that lists all of the events? I need it to go directly to this one event.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. 🙂

Hi,

The simple approach would be to create a new page for your site, add all the information about the event to it, and include the ticket selector shortcode for the event within the page’s content.

You can get the ticket selector shortcode by clicking on the “Shortcode” button within the event editor.

Then, after the page is ready, you go to WordPress Settings > Reading and set Your homepage displays to A static page, then select your new page. Then you click the Save Changes button.
