Can you explain in greater detail what you’re trying to do? Generally each attendee receives their own email with a ticket. If you don’t require any additional information for the additional attendees then the single ticket for the primary attendee can be used as many times as the quantity they purchase.
In EE3, if the attendees are already registered you could use the Email Attendees icon in the event overview page to mass email all the attendees for that event and use the email tag [ticket_link] to allow them to access their ticket.
