Hello!
We are using the People Admin add on and we want, when an event ticket is bought, to send an email to the Person which it is added as the teacher/Intructor for that course.
Please let us know

Hi there,
The people add-on isn’t intended to be a ‘staff manager’ for events in the way I think you are trying to use it. ‘People’ assigned to the event aren’t expected to be the people ‘managing’ that event so we don’t have a shortcode to pull the email address for those people into the message system.
With EE you have a couple of options, if the ‘people’ assigned to an event have an account on the site, you could set them as the event author and then set up the message system to send emails using the [EVENT_AUTHOR_EMAIL] shortcode.
Or, you can create custom message templates (one for each ‘person’), set the to field to be an email access rather than a shortcode and then you can assign the custom message to the event in the notifications section (if you name your custom templates with the name of the person you’ll be able to find them easier in the dropdowns).
