I have been using Event Expresso for several years now for carnival events where we sell unlimited ride armbands online for our events. The ticket is valid to be used once during the duration of the event with is 30 days long. I can’t find any way to see how many redemptions I have made each day. This is very important data to us. We ca clearly see the number of sales and when they happened, but redemption is not clear. Any advice or information on how I can produce a report each day of the carnival to show the number of tickets that were redeemed that day would be invaluable to me and my client. |
Hi Richard, Are you referring to the number of check-ins / scans that occur? If so, you can find that information under the Attended column which looks like this: However, there isn’t a report for check-ins per day. — |

Thank you for your reply. At the moment we can see sales , how many , which days, but there is nothing in the reports to show redemption, .i.e. check-ins In our senior it doesn’t work breaking every day into different event as people re-purchasing don’t always know which night they will come or due to weather change their mind and come another night. This is why we have it as one long event. At the moment I have to manually keep a check list to count up the number each night. In V3 the Statistics were so much more in-depth, I was able to see this information. I hope you will look at improving this in future updates. Sincerely, Richard Ballinger |
Hi Richard, Which version number of Event Espresso are you currently using? |

hello Tony, Im running Event Espresso 4.8.27.p Cheers, |
Hi Richard, The data you’re looking for is in the _esp_checkin table of your database. The last column in there is CHK_timestamp. So one way to generate a report with this date is do an export from PHPmyadmin into your preferred spreadsheet app’s format. If you’re looking to add specific per day reporting right within the Event Espresso UI, this could be done with some custom PHP programming. One of the pros listed on our recommended developer page should be able to write a quick add-on that pulls that data into an at-a-glance report to your exact specifications. |
