How to remove transactions from other users?

EE capability ee_read_transaction grants user access to view a specific transaction details, however if a remove capability ee_read_transactions the trasactions list table is removed and the user cannot see transactions from its own events.

My question is if there is a way to show ONLY user-specific (event-specific) transactions?

No the transactions are actually not tied to specific events.
