Hello, I’m using EE4 with the multi ticket add on. On my checkout page (Step 1 registration) the Personal Information box (name / email) comes below the 1st ticket type sold, and above the 2nd, 3rd 4th ticket types.

Please could you tell me how I can shift this personal info box (for attendee 1) to be above all of them?

Thank you.

Dee

Hi Dee,

Generally you change the order of those in Event Espresso > Registration Forms > Question Groups. There on that page you can click, drag and drop to reorder the groups listed there.

Hi Josh, Thanks for your reply and I’ve checked out those pages and I can’t find the answer I’m looking for these. It#’s not the fields I want to move about, but the whole block.

The checkout page has got:
Details about the first ticket …..
…. Box for the Attendee 1’s personal info (name / email)
Details about the 2nd ticket ……
details about the 3rd ticket …….
details about the 4th ticket type ……

I want to move the Attendee 1’s personal info box above all of the ticket types so that the ticket types are blocked together.

Thank you for your help.

Dee

Hi Dee,

Currently you can’t, but you could hide the ticket details blocks on that page if that’ll work for you?

It sounds like you are only collecting details for the primary registrant, so the breakdown of ticket types may not be necessary on that page. If not you can use this css:

#spco-attendee_information-dv .spco-ticket-info-dv {
    display: none;
}

You can add that to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS

Please refer to this guide for more detailed information about the CSS customizer: https://codex.wordpress.org/CSS#Custom_CSS_in_WordPress

Hi Tony, okay, thanks for explaining and I’ll hide it on the page with some css. Many thanks. Dee
