How can I manually add registrants? Is there a way to upload a CSV ?
How can I edit a registrant? For example Tony registers for my event, but he is unable to go so I need to change the information to Josh?

I would like to create a list of test registrants on the development site so that accounting and admin can test and learn the system.

Hi Vernon,

Here’s a guide that explains how to manually add registrations:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/manually-add-registrant-wordpress-dashboard/

The recommended approach for editing a registration would be to cancel the original registration (select the registration status “Cancel”) Then start a new registration. The reason we recommend cancelling the original registration is because one Attendee, or Contact, could have other registrations.

Thanks Josh. I have approximately 25 staff registrations that I need to do and have a zero cost. Is there a way to create staff registration with zero cost, but not have it show on the Detail list of the event?

Hi Vernon,

Do you mean not have the zero cost ticket show up as a ticket on the event page? If so, the link I gave you in the above reply has a section that explains how to set up an admin only ticket (requires installing a plugin).

Thanks Josh, that is exactly what I needed.
