I would like to add a registration manually to a ticket but have NO fee and no $$ owing for that registration. The existing ticket is a PAID ticket event. How can I make the payment owing $0? When the registration is created the person should ONLY receive a registration email and NO Payment Due notice.
How do I do this. I come from EE3 and am confused. Thanks
1. Add a $0 ticket to the event and register them onto that through the admin. We don’t have ‘Admin only’ ticket options to prevent that from being visible on the event itself but it’s possible with a small add-on another user created:
That adds a ‘visibility’ option in the advanced settings for each individual ticket.
2. Manually add them to the event on the normal ticket (don’t trigger messages when doing this) and apply a manually admin ‘payment’ which is equal to the amount owing on the ticket to ‘complete’ the transaction.
3. Same as above but use a 100% discount promotion code on the transaction to clear the amount owed.
It if you let me know which of those will work for you I can add more details on how to do it.
