At one event I need to give attendees the option to get out and return to the event. Checking the product images I saw one that had a picture that says “Access denied, attendee already checked in” but I can’t seem to get that message; I can register attendees, and when I scan without payment I get the “Denied” screen; I make the payment and scan again, access granted; but after that, if I scan again I get the denied screen but no indication that the attendee is already checked in.
What am I missing? 🙁 thanks in advance.

Everything is up to date, I don’t see any update notifications.

Forgot to include info about the app; I’m using app version 2.0.17, a Motorola XT910 (Razr Maxx) with Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.

Hi Carlos,
The image you are referring to was taken from the iOS app, the Android app as you have correctly pointed out does not show the same message.
I have created a ticket for the Android developer to investigate with a note to update this post with any news.

Hello,
Will you have access to a notebook and wifi during the event?
If so, you can go to the Attendee Reports screen for this specific event and use the Mark as Attended or Unmark as Attended buttons which appear at the bottom of the page.
