I need to delete all of the test registrations. Is there a way to do it without having to individually remove each payment? If not, how do I remove the payment? I cleared all of the test data out of stripe already.

Hi there,
You go to Event Espresso > Transactions, click on the transaction that has a payment, and there you’ll see the payment(s) listed, where you can delete each payment for that transaction.

I have 15 transactions that it won’t let me delete but when I open the associated transaction there are no payments to delete. The error message states, “An error has occurred:
The registration for Unknown Attendee could not be trashed because it has payments attached to the related transaction. If you wish to trash this registration you must first delete the payments on the related transaction.”

You can’t delete the transactions.
You can delete the payments, and after deleting the payments you can delete the registrations.
Does that make sense?

There are no payments associated with the transaction. I’ve deleted all of the test data that had payments attached.
