I’m trying to remove my test data. When attempting to delete Registrations, the Registration is locked “If you would like to trash this registration then them you must delete all payments attached to the related transaction first.”
How do I delete all payments to the related transaction?

Hi there,
You can do that within the transaction for that registration.
Either click the ‘View Transaction’ button from within the Registration itself – http://take.ms/7MeDq
Or click the TXN Date within the registration list – http://take.ms/6DtFi
That takes you to the transaction which will list any payments, click the trash icon next to the payments to remove them – http://take.ms/BGtuFN
Once all payments have been removed you can remove the registration.

This method would take me weeks to remove all the test data. Can you please recommend another way?

Is all of the event data on the site test data or is there production data mixed in there too? If all of it is test data, there’s an option to reset the tables on the EE > Maintenance > Reset page.
