Currently, we don’t have a method to bulk delete past registrations if they have payments assigned to them, if they have a payment assigned, the payment needs to be removed manually from each transaction, and then you can remove the registrations.
So for example, if I go to Event Espresso -> Registrations
Notice the padlock on the left, that means you can delete the registration as it has a payment assigned to it, you can see that is a paid ticket and a payment was made using Stripe.
So we need to edit the transaction by clicking on the TXN Date field, we then see this: http://take.ms/Jhwgd
Set the options you prefer (it depends on what you want to do here but if you are removing the registration you can leave the registration status the same and leave the checkbox unchecked so you don’t send a message to the registrant when you delete the payment) and delete the payment – http://take.ms/HB68J
The padlock will now be removed from the registration, so you can either hover over the registrant’s name and click Trash or click the checkbox next to multiple registrants and use the dropdown at the top to trash all the selected registrations.
