Hi all, We have published an event to test the whole registration website, and also we have tried to purchase the ticket, and apply the payment. So some of the Tickets for several Event Date Time had been sold. (in the trial, not in the real transactions with our registrants) And then we have this error in the front page afterwards : I tried to delete those free tickets, but they like automatically generated by the system. So those free tickets keep appear. And one of my ticket is locked ( I can’t delete it ) Any help would be appreciated Thanks, Joanne |
Hi Joanne, Can you go to Event Espresso -> Events -> Default Tickets (in the tabs on the top) What do you see there?
To delete a registration you need to remove any payments associated with the transaction for that payment. So for example here is a registration I would like to remove – http://take.ms/nADEi You can either click the on the name to view the registration, then click on the ‘View Transaction’ button – http://take.ms/WMhGJ Or simply click on the TXN Date from the list to go straight to that registration Transaction – http://take.ms/3G6bg Now you will see the transaction and any payments made – http://take.ms/SBnWV Like so – http://take.ms/oq1yG (Note if when you click the Delete button nothing happens and it just say ‘Processing’, click on th dark background to close the popup, then refresh the page. This is a bug that effects some users and will be fixed in the next version of Event Espresso) The payment is now gone and the transaction ‘Incomplete’ – http://take.ms/kqbne The lock icon is now removed and you can delete the registration – http://take.ms/YHyte |
