How to change the name of a registration?

I need to substitute the name on an existing registration. The original person registered two people and I need to substitute both with new attendees. How do I do it?

If you go to the original registration’s attendee #1 they’ll be a button to edit the contact info below the Contact info. The original registration’s attendee #2 Contact Details box will have a “Create Contact” button.
