How to change the date format in the upcoming events widget.

Hello – I would like to change the date format of 10/10/2014 to Oct 1, 2014 or 1 Oct 2014 in the widget for Upcoming Events

WordPress 3.9.2
Event Espresso Lite – Event Registration and Management

Hi Cynthia,

The widget will use the Date Format that’s set in WP > Settings > General. Can you change the date format setting there?

Hi Josh – I should have tried that first! Yes, that does control the formatting! Thank you for your prompt response!
