How To Change Text on Registration Page for Refresh Total

On any of the event details page where I can select the number of attendees there is a text for Refresh Total. The text does not look like its a link or doesn’t prompt the user enough so I’d like to change the text to ‘If You Have Made Any Changes Above CLICK HERE To Refresh The Total’

Also how can I apply css styling to the text as well. I tried adding this style to my stylesheet but to no avail… ‘#event_espresso_refresh_total’
