How to change domain licence

Hi,

I have changed domains from https://www.southwestoutdoorsgroup.co.uk/ to https://www.outdoorsgroup.co.uk/ I have removed the site key from the old domain and added to the new site, but the key is showing as red.

How can I assign the key to the new domain please?

Hi there,

In this case you would reset your license key (there’s a Reset button on your account page that’s visible when you’re logged in to your account). I just reset the license key for you. You can complete the reset by going to the new site’s Event Espresso > General Settings page and you click on the Save button.
