Why is the email and phone not showing in the Registration Notification email? Is there a way to add them? Else, where can we pull the details of the form they fill out, where it will include their name, email and phone along with the questions? Right now the name, email and phone are in a different section of the page. We would like to have all that information easily referenced in one place to file/share digitally or paper-based.
We’re looking to add them to the email that comes to the admin, every time someone registers. The email subject is, “Event Registration Details” and the title in the email is Registration Notification. Can we have the email and phone show there?
Or add the shortcodes in whatever format you prefer in that section.
Save the template and retest, the event admin email should now include those details.
