Perhaps a simple question, but I have not found the solution to a scenario where a group of tickets is created for a Purchase Order and when the time comes to pay the purchase order the registrant has a request to add more people. IE. Registration with purchase order for 18 people and oh by the way we hired two more people so make it 20 and here the payment for twenty people.
Currently, you can’t add registration to a group so you need to cancel the original group and re-create selecting the correct number of tickets.
If you go to Event Espresso -> Events -> {hover over event in question} -> Registrations
You’ll see an ‘Add new registration’ button at the top of the page which allows you to add registrations within the admin itself and select if the messages (aka emails) are triggered when doing so. So you’d select the correct number of tickets, add the same registrant details from the previous registration and then finalize.
You then select the previous group and set the status to cancelled (remember to not trigger notifications when going so).
