I created them by clicking on Create Custom;then added some additional fields to the Main Content for the Admin email. The information is showing on the emails
Hi, try these steps to enable your custom template for your registration approved message type.
Login to your WP dashboard.
Then go to Event Espresso –> Events. Then locate your event and click on it.
This will take you to the event editor.
Scroll down towards the end of the page and you should see a notifications area. The registration approved message type is likely set to global. Click on custom.
Then select your custom email template.
Be sure to save changes to the event through the event editor afterwards.
Hi Steve, if this should be for all events, then you may want to move your customizations over to the global message type.
Otherwise, you’ll need to set this custom template option for each event that is created.
