We have both cc and invoice payments set up. We also have ealry bird pricing.
Example: someone registers for an event before the early bird expiration date, then chooses to pay by invoice.
What happens if they return and decide to pay by credit card after the early bird cutoff? Will they be charged based on the order date or the payment date?
They’ll be charged for the ticket they actually selected, which in this case was the early bird priced ticket. If you want to make an adjustment to their order so they get the regular priced ticket, you can use the attendee mover add-on to move their registration to the regular priced ticket.
